Sertaç Köksaldı 6th International IP Seminar (Istanbul, Turkiye)

Partners of the firm, Ramzan Khusainov and Anton Khomyakov, took part in the Sertaç Köksaldı 6th International Intellectual Property Seminar, organized by AIPPI Türkiye and held on April 3−4 in Istanbul, Türkiye.

The event brought together over a hundred patent attorneys and intellectual property lawyers.

The two-day intensive program covered a wide range of discussions and topics, including patent protection for AI-based solutions, anti-counterfeiting and online trademark infringement, post grant opposition procedures, UPC procedures, and EU Design Reform and WIPO Design Law Treaty.
