As of October 4, 2025, amendments to the Regulations on Patent Fees have come into force. The main changes concern the procedure for calculating fees for the registration and renewal of trademarks. The amount of the fee now depends not only on the number of the Nice classes but also on the number of goods and services listed within each class. The more items in the list, the more expensive registration and renewal will be.
