Anton Khomyakov, Ph.D., Senior Partner, took part in the international conference "Intellectual Property as a Tool for Business and Economic Growth in the EAEU Countries".
The conference was organized by LES Russia, and Khusainov Khomyakov & Partners acted as a partner of the event.
IP professionals from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Uzbekistan discussed legal protection of intellectual property, technology commercialization, licensing, brand enforcement, and challenges related to AI and innovation.
Anton delivered a presentation titled "The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Patent Practice: Opportunities, Risks and Recommendations" in the session dedicated to the protection of technical solutions in IT and the use of AI tools by inventors and patent attorneys.
